Meta Ads management

Facebook and Instagram ads that bring in customers,
not likes.

We plan, build and manage Meta Ads for small and mid-sized businesses. Strategy, creative, tracking and reporting, all handled by our team, with the ad account staying in your name.

Sound familiar?

Where Meta ad budgets quietly leak.

Six things we hear from business owners before we open up their Meta ad account. Almost all of them are fixable.

01

“We boosted posts and got likes, not customers.”

Boosting tells Meta you want engagement, so it finds people who like and comment, not people who buy or call.

02

“We get leads, but they never pick up the phone.”

Instant forms make it almost too easy to submit, so you pay for names that were never serious.

03

“Our ads worked great, then fell off a cliff.”

The same people have seen the same ad too many times. Costs climb and results drop until the creative changes.

Under the hoodAd frequency · creative fatigue · testing cadence

04

“We can't tell if sales came from the ads.”

Since Apple's privacy changes, the pixel alone misses a lot of conversions, so Meta optimizes half blind.

05

“Our ad got rejected, or the account got restricted.”

Meta's ad policies are strict and the reasons are vague. One wrong move can stall your ads for weeks.

06

“Meta keeps telling us to spend more.”

Automated suggestions and default settings tend to widen your spend faster than they improve your results.

Book a Free Strategy Call

How much does Meta Ads management cost?

We charge a flat monthly fee based on the size of your account. It's never a percentage of your ad spend, so our fee doesn't go up just because your budget does. You'll get an exact quote after a free strategy call.

How much should I spend on Meta Ads?

It depends on your goals and how many leads or sales you need. There's no minimum, and most of our clients spend between $1,000 and $3,000 a month. Your ad spend is billed directly to you by Meta, and you set the budget.

Do you create the ads?

Yes. Our team creates images, video and ad copy. If you already have photos, video or brand assets, we'll put those to work too.

How long before I see results?

Wasted spend usually drops in the first few weeks once tracking and targeting are cleaned up. Meta has a learning phase, so lead volume and cost per lead typically settle over the first two to three months.

Is there a contract?

No. We work month-to-month. If you want to stop, give us 30 days written notice.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Your ad account, pixel and audiences stay in your name with all of their data. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.

Should I use Meta Ads or Google Ads?

Meta Ads reach people on Facebook and Instagram before they start searching. Google Ads reach people who are already searching for what you sell. Many businesses do best with both, and we'll recommend the right mix on your strategy call.

Will my ads run on Instagram too?

Yes. Meta Ads can run across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. We focus your budget on the placements that bring in results for your business.
